Got a loaner car, great people from check in to all the repairs. The transmission service improved the shifting and hopefully will work for a long time. Casey the tech even took the time to explain some of the repairs. The price was very reasonable but mainly the work is thorough and even comes with a 3 year guarantee. The best shop in the area. They instill confidence.

This place can be summed up in one word: quality. I went to get a diagnostic on for van and it came with a line by line list of recommended services from most urgent to maintenance along with pictures and quotes. The repairs were performed within a day’s time. The customer service at the front desk was always professional and kind. I definitely will be returning for future service!

Kings is the best in berks county. I will never go anywhere else. After having some emergency issues with my breaks they promptly got me in, and fixed the issue. I never feel pressured to do things that I may not be able to afford at the time, and they explain things in a way that makes it easier for me to understand.
